Ingredients (150 poffertjes)
- 400g Koopmans pastry mix for Poffertjes
- 0.8 l milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 sp oil
Preparation
Mix the Koopmans pastry mix with the milk. Add the eggs and oil to the pastry mix.

Preheat the poffertjes iron. Pour the pastry into the holes. Bake the poffertjes and turn them around before they are pastry is completly set.

Serve with butter and powder sugar.
